Delete your Jamalek Expert account

How to delete your account

Jamalek Expert lets you delete your account and the personal data stored with it. You can do this in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

1. Open the Jamalek Expert app and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. The account is closed immediately.

If you cannot open the app, email privacy@jamalek.life with the subject "Delete my Jamalek Expert account" and the phone number on the account. We use that phone number only to find the account, then delete it.

Data we delete

• Name, bio, and profile photo
• Phone number and email address
• Portfolio photos and videos
• Working hours and service area
• Precise location stored for the account
• Google sign-in and calendar connection

The account is hidden from customers and can no longer be signed into. You can register again later with the same phone number. That creates a new account.

Data we keep

Past bookings and reviews are kept without your name and contact details. We keep those anonymized records for legal, tax, and dispute purposes for as long as that obligation lasts. We do not use them to identify you.
